I typically respond within a few hours during business hours - Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern. If you reach out in the evening or over the weekend, you will hear from me first thing the next business morning. No call centers, no bots - every message comes directly to me.
No. Consultations, plan comparisons, and ongoing service are always free to you. I am compensated by the insurance carriers, and the premium for any given plan is identical whether you buy it through me or directly from the carrier. You get a licensed agent for zero cost.
All three work. Phone is fastest if you want to talk things through - call (843) 594-1759 during business hours and you will usually reach me directly. Email or the contact form is best if you have documents to share or want to write out your situation. I answer every message personally.
Nothing, really. If you have a current insurance card, a rough idea of your household income, a list of your doctors or medications, or a recent bill, those help me give you specific numbers faster. But you do not need to prepare anything - I can walk you through what I need as we talk.
Yes. I am based in Summerville, SC but licensed across South Carolina. Most of my clients are in the Lowcountry - Goose Creek, North Charleston, Ladson, Moncks Corner, Charleston - but I also work with clients statewide by phone and video. Distance is not a problem.
